Blueback is a dynamic organization that collaborates with an international network of professionals to provide integrated management solutions based on Odoo (ERP). For our growing client base we are currently seeking Odoo Consultants to join our team.
As an Odoo Consultant at Blueback, you'll participate and manage Odoo implementation projects for a diverse range of client organizations. You'll have the opportunity to work at a growing company that offers great benefits and the chance to learn alongside accomplished leaders.
This role requires a mix of creativity and rigor, as you'll need to think outside the box and be proactive in delivering results. To be successful, you should have solid problem-solving skills and a "get it done" spirit.

Responsibilities

Drive project deliverables and client satisfaction
- Understand and translate client needs to Odoo workflows
- Implement and test the new client workflows in Odoo
- Train the client team
- Deliver support to the client
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Passion for innovative software solutions
- Excellent written English skills
- Highly creative and learning mindset
- Proven problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Project management experience
- Papiamentu, Dutch and Spanish verbal skills
- Business and accounting workflow experience
- Maybe even some programming skills
- Odoo working experience
