Blueback is a dynamic organization that collaborates with an international network of professionals to provide integrated management solutions based on Odoo (ERP). We're currently seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to join our team.
As an Odoo Project Manager at Blueback, you'll manage Odoo implementation projects for a diverse range of client organizations. You'll have the opportunity to work at a growing company that offers great benefits and the chance to learn alongside accomplished leaders.

Responsibilities

Drive project deliverables and client satisfaction
- Manage project scope, timelines and budget
- Translate customer needs to Odoo workflows
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Train and build the consulting team
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Passion for innovative software solutions
- Excellent written English skills
- Highly creative and learning mindset
- Proven problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Management experience
- Papiamentu, Dutch and Spanish verbal skills
- Business and accounting workflow knowledge
